Something about this top makes me feel like I should be selling icecream cones at the seaside. It's lightweight but soft and NOT cheap quality at all, and extremely cute and flattering. I think it'd look nice paired with a colorful cardigan too, so you can wear it in all kinds of weather.

I always find myself picking up a rainbow shirt from the Target Pride collection each year and this one was an instant grab for me, along with the matching shorts.
