It’s literally garlic sauce. I plan to use my second jar for some shrimp ONLY because I brought 2 jars. It’s nasty tasting. The garlic is so over powering. Would never buy again and I want my money back.

I don’t really eat Alfredo sauce to begin with because it’s so rich and rather unhealthy, so I was excited to try this version especially since my partner is lactose sensitive. We both really like it and it’s now a staple in our house. Yes, the texture is a little different in the jar but once you mix it in with pasta and a little pasta water in a pot, you can’t tell the difference. It tastes amazing. We always add grilled chicken and some grated parmesan. The only down side is the instructions say to use within a few days once opened. With just two of us, we can rarely make it through a whole jar in that time. A little sauce goes a long way. I love this quick dinner option. Try it!

this sauce tasted more like a caesar salad than an alfredo, far too lemony and not enough seasoning. it wasn’t the right consistency either, almost gravy-like?. if you are looking for a great vegan alfredo i’ve enjoyed the simple truth (frys) sauce. not a terrible experience if you add a bunch of your own seasoning though lol!

I have a dairy allergy and I was pleasantly surprised to find this when I went grocery shopping. I decided to use this sauce with chicken and broccoli to make one of my favorite dishes-chicken alfredo- that I couldn't have anymore due to my allergy. Our dinner turned out delicious- even my dairy loving husband and son loved it and asked if I can make it a staple dinner from now on.
