Poor Design - Runs small?

We love Primary - solid pieces at good prices. This one, however, was a miss for us. After 1 wash, 2 wears, the bottom of the zipper at the crotch has a hole. Additionally, Primary has been nice for sizing (some brands run large, many run small for our LO) but this felt particularly small after just one wash (on cold, hang dry). Disappointing!
