Prime Bites Strawberry Protein Rice Treat- 19g Protein - 9.16oz/4ct

I rarely go out of my way to write reviews but these are honestly horrible. I cannot believe these made their way into Target. I took the smallest bite after my husband wouldn’t stop complaining about them and I almost spit it out. Cardboard would be a generous flavor profile.

Wish I could give it zero stars. So disgusting. And I’ve tried many protein-esque bars. This is one of the worst. Chewy, stale and no flavor whatsoever but that if protein…chalky and dry.

Terrible. Texture is awful. The coating is a slim silver lining. If you’ve ever experimented with making protein cereal bars at home, you know the result. Gross, stale chew, overwhelming protein powder essence. *If* you have cultivated a tolerance for diet foods through a punishing lifetime of self hatred fueled disordered eating, you will be able to choke one of these down if you are starving in a post apocalyptic scenario….and you have a tall bottle of water to wash it down. *this presupposes all other food sources and societal structures have collapsed, and you find this box on looting the long abandoned target. Don’t worry about the expiration date. There’s no possibility of any degradation in quality of texture and taste. If you’re a healthy person who has not trained to disregard taste buds and hunger cues, you should avoid this.

Ignore the bots reviews, this is one of the worst tasting protein snacks I have EVER tried and I’ve tried so many. I am not that picky but this genuinely is so bad it feels like a prank.

Taste nothing like a rice crispy. Nor does it have the texture :-(

I love the flavor and it’s great for an on-the-go snack. I also appreciate that it’s high in protein.

spectacular our favorite snack so far: soft, tasty, healthy, whith protein, and fiber. please added a chocolate coating, it would be to die for—like a Venezuelan Samba bar, but guilt-free, haha.
