To give you a baseline, I typically start to feel it in the morning after having about 4-5 drinks the night before. This supplement allows me to have 5-6 drinks with zero hangover. I feel a little off the next morning if I have 7+ drinks and take this but still 90% better than without it. It's pricey but worth it if you want to let loose once in awhile but need to be an adult in the morning.

I bought these for a music festival; I rarely can have more than 2-3 drinks without getting sick but knew I’d be tempted to try and drink at the festival. With these, I was actually able to have 6-7 drinks over the course of the day (several hours) without any side effects! Normally the alcohol would just sit in my stomach and eventually come back up, even spacing the consumption out. I do believe I have an alcohol dehydroxenase deficiency so it makes sense this worked so well for me. I’m really impressed and will buy again

I have never awaken with nausea or headaches after taking one of these. I wake up feeling tired but still with enough energy to get up, go to work or just start my day. I would consider it pretty effective at curbing the worst part of drinking.

I usually have terrible hangovers, no matter how much I drink. If I take one of these before bed I wake up feeling pretty good the next day. Still tired usually because I sleep terribly when I drink but no headache or nausea! I wish they weren't so expensive though but they're worth it. Highly recommend :)
