We wanted to like this fixture a lot. We love the design and clean lines. There are two issues. Diffuser is seated slightly crooked so that it looks uneven across bottom of fixture. Also, it is not apparent how to remove the diffuser for cleaning and bulb changing. The electrician installing it threw away the packaging and any included directions. We would like help from customer service on this. Have not had time to contact with holiday events.

The clear glass globes provide excellent light for working in the kitchen. Make an interesting pattern on the ceiling at night. The wire (rope) showing below the pole is a little unusual but not problematic!

This is a wonderful chandelier for over my kitchen table. The light is bright enough but soft because of the diffuser bottom.
