Was very concerned after reading other reviews but decided to purchase anyway. My ten month old has not been able to tear the foam yet but I can definitely see how it could happen easily. It does fit nicely over the faucet but if you have a strong or very busy child this isn't for yousee moreof the reviewer's review

This is the first bathtub spigot cover that works - YAY !!! It's flexible, soft and fits snugly onto the bathtub spigot PLUS it's not overly bright and cute (like a toy) so my 2 year old is not interested in pulling it off and playing with it - BONUS !!! Highly Recommended !!! A+A+A+see moreof the reviewer's review
