No complaints. It's not expensive and has a large capacity. When it comes to cotton swabs, I prefer them to have a hard swab, and many of the swabs at pharmacies break or bend after a little use. This stick was durable and easy to use. When there's a sale, I always check the price and buy in stock. This is probably my fourth repeat purchase. Stable, easy to use, and good value for money. However, it can't be helped these days that prices are rising slightly.

This brand used to be my go to that I’ve trusted all my life. Now it is clear that the quality has gone down by cutting corners. Q-tip is now unusable as soon as you take them out of the package. Complete waste of money.

Seems like Q tips doesn’t do quality Control anymore . The cotton swabs I bought was very bad . It bent so easily and not sturdy at all. It is basically a rip off and doesn’t serve the purpose that you bought it for. It bent so easily that it doesn’t even hold up to clean the ear and ear lobes. Seems like made in china products. Do not waste your money. Years and years back, their cotton swabs was good, not anymore.

I just tried the new thinner Q-tips and I may as well get the bargain brands now. The entire reason I stayed with the Q-tips was because they were made better and had a much sturdier stem. With the thinner Q-tips this is no longer the case making them as bad as the bargain brands now.

Qtips cheapened their quality. Now, they are no longer any good. The stem is now flimsy, like the generics I tried to avoid. Now, I might as well just use the cheaper generics. The generics are nit firmer than qtips.

I have used Q tip cotton swabs for years and finally I can write a review . With the box like this I can use for months, very reasonable price . The cotton is so soft and perfect design, it has many ways to use Q tip , and I offen use to clean my era and remove make up . Very useful.

I looked on the website, so that I could contact someone at Q-Tips and couldn't find a place, so I'm writing a review in hopes that someone will contact me. My husband gets dirty in his work and used Q-Tips every day, he usually uses two or three. He has mentioned to me a couple times that the "stick" part of the q-tip bends more easily than they use to, and he doesn't like that. We will probably be trying a different brand.

I bought 2 boxes of 500 this past month. The Q-Tips now have less cotton and are not as useful. Understand the economic challenges, but why not market the older ones as Premium at a higher price? I would definitely buy those!

My family and I’ve been using Q-tips cotton swabs for decades because they were the best. They keyword is “were.” Recently, they’ve gone the way of profit over quality. The handle of the swab is weak and crumples with minimal pressure. The swab itself is likely smaller too. I am sure materials and labor have increased and they’d still like to make a profit. Unfortunately, their cotton swabs are now no better than I use to consider the cheap stuff.

I get that you’re not supposed to use them for your ears, but I do lol. A trusted well known brand, and they last for a while. The largest amount for a really good price. Agree with other recent reviews. This latest box of Qtips is terrible. Nothing like the last ones we just had or what we expect from buying these for generations. If I hadn’t bought them myself I wouldn’t believe they were brand name. Also agree it makes no sense that quality isn’t on your list of things that influence my purchase. Highly disappointed. Shocked that you can write “new look, same quality” on the box knowing full well that they are not.

I used to always by Qtip brand over the store brand because they were always the best quality. Not anymore, the last packages I bought are no better than any other store brand! They bend in half with little to no pressure, they are shorter and overall more cheaply made

I’ve noticed the cotton swab stick is more bendable when swabbing. This means the company decided to got cheaper with its material and using less, either to cut cost and/or maximize profit. Also, I think I feel the cotton swab has lessen a little bit. I’ve been using Qtips cotton swab all my life and loved it. However, I might reconsider about Qtips cotton swab. I’m not happy how they easily bends when swabbing. Please go back and use the same amount of material in the product as before.

So you change the packaging appearance, fine. But what happened to the quality?! Go back to making “Q” for quality. Lack of cotton and strength of paper stick. My prior box says Made in the U.S.A. The new box with the new look and poor quality does not mention where it is made. Where is it made? The only way I would continue use and to refer a friend is for the quality to go back to it’s original quality.

I love too use Q-tips when I need to take off extra makeup, put on topical cream like  Neosporin, and so many others. They absorb a good amount of liquid.
