The flavor is amazing, the amount is filling enough to make this a whole meal. I love the high protein. I eat this and the banana nut high protein oatmeal every day.  see moreof Jennifer G's review

I absolutely love both flavors of Quaker Protein Instant Oatmeal, but I found myself wanting two things: a little bit more, and also a bit less sweetness. Both problems easily solved by combining it with one packet of Quaker Instant Original (or preferably Organic when available), which I do every m...  see moreof thatfinesse's review

This oatmeal is really yummy and is not overly sweet, but maybe the calorie count would be lower if there was less sugar. Like other reviewers mentioned, perhaps more cranberries and less sugar would balance. I love the crunchy almonds. It smells great too.  see moreof LauraBneedsprotein's review

I absolutely love the taste of this oatmeal. It tastes like I am eating cake batter! Way more satisfying than I thought it would be. Love it!  see moreof Dani_00's review

I'm not sure what flavor was coming through, but it was neither cranberries nor almonds. The taste was bland and unappetizing. I've had good and great experiences with Quaker oatmeals, but this flavor will not be purchased again.  see moreof Not Impressed's review

A great flavor! I usually eat the the regular raisin, date and walnut flavor; however, I have switched to the protein cranberry and almond so that I stay fuller, longer. This is such a great flavor! I always get enough cranberries and almonds in the pack to balance out the flavor (although I LOVE cr...  see moreof Egyy's review

If the total carbohydrate is 41 grams, but 13 of those grams are from sugar (as the label states and the ingredient list corroborates), then it is only 28 grams of whole grain (30 at most if you attribute 1 gram of fat and 1 gram of sugar to the oats). The claim of 40 grams of whole grains on the f...  see moreof Careful Consumer's review

I love the malty flavor of this oatmeal and appreciate the added protein. The only drawback I see is the overly sweet flavor. Too much sugar for me.  see moreof NashAD's review
