highly allergic, but very tasty. i would add a warning for anyone in the least bit allergic to nuts or grains. I have never been allergic to nuts before, but after eating one of them broke out into hives and welts, very unfortunate.see moreof the reviewer's review

One flat is the perfect texture & 'crunch' for greek yogurt. It adds much less fat and calories than adding granola or trail mix. And it's 1/3 the fat, sugar, etc listed on the packaging !!see moreof the reviewer's review
