This is my favorite oatmeal flavor of all time. I love that the portion is bigger than the classic flavors. I love starting my day off with a good amount of protein, I love the texture of the nuts in my oatmeal. Look at the second ingredient, Sugar. Each serving size is 12 grams of sugar. This is basically eating sugar covered oats. Stick with the plain Quaker Oats and add fruit instead of sugar.see moreof the reviewer's review

I soak these oats overnight in 1 cup of water with a chocolate protein powder that I have on hand--delicious chocolate-y banana-y goodness.
