I’ve taken this a few times so far but I’d like to think it’s working. I have dropped 4lbs but that can be for a number of reasons. Too early to tell if it’s stop me from eating due to the fact you have to drink a full glass of water with it. Drinking a glass of water before any meal will make you eat less and keep you feeling full for longer so as of if it’s stopping my stress eating I don’t know. It also said to take in the afternoon however I tend to stress eat mostly at night. So I plan to start taking it more toward the evening and see how it goes. It does taste good and even smells good. Taste like a sweet apple. I don’t taste the vinegar part.
