Q: Is this roasting pan easy to clean i had one just like it and threw it out the grease got stuck
A: Thank you for your inquiry Cynthia regarding the Rachael Ray 16"x13" Roaster. To properly clean your pans, use a mild dishwashing detergent, warm water and a soft nylon brush or nylon scrub pad. If food remains on the non-stick surface, boil a mixture of three parts water and one part vinegar in your pan on medium heat for 5-10 minutes to dislodge food particles. Let it stand until cooled, then wash with warm, soapy water and a soft nylon brush, rinse and dry. You can also rub a paste of baking soda and water using a nylon pad and let it sit for up to 30 minutes, then wash, rinse and towel dry. We are available to further discuss other cleaning methods if you would like.
