Cracked all the way through the middle. And the handle has hair line crack also. Just submitted warranty request. When i used the dish I felt like the shape took away from the size. It seems smaller then normal square dish.see moreof the reviewer's review

I have purchased two of these and both have cracked despite following all instructions regarding usage and washing. One cracked while in the oven being used to bake asparagus at 350 degrees and the other cracked after it was removed from the oven with meat cooked at 400 degrees.
