My Daughter's 1st Radio Flyer

Bought this wagon for my daughters 1st birthday, she absolutely loves it! Wanted to share the same fun I had growing up as I did with my own Radio Flyer (40yrs ago). It's a well-designed wagon with no sharp edges, light and easy for her to use and is a perfect helping tool as she masters the art of walking, she loads it up and takes it everywhere, my wife and I definitely recommend it!

My 13 month old loves this wagon! She’s still learning to walk and this wagon slows her to push her wagon and stabilize herself as well. Will be cute when she can pull it behind her too.

Can't get wheels off

I'm having the opposite problem of some other reviewers and I can't get the wheels off. They're plenty secure! Like a dummy, I put the wheels on before attaching the handle, so now I need to remove so I can put the handle on. Is there an easy way to do this?
1 reply from Customer Service team - 3 months ago
Hi! Thank you for your review. We are happy to assist further. To remove the wheels you will first want to place the wagon on its side. Next, you will pull up on the wheel with force. With enough force the wheel will come off of the axle so you can assemble the handle. Once the handle is assembled you can just snap the wheel back into place on the axle. If you need further assistance Radio Flyer Customer Service is happy to help. Our team can be reached at 1-800-621-7613 between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm CST. Thank you!

Hi there! To remove the wheels, you will want to place the wagon on its side and then pull the wheel up with force. With enough force, the wheel will come free from the axle so you can assemble the handle. After the handle is assembled, you can re-assemble the wheel. For additional questions, please contact Radio Flyer Customer Service at 1-800-621-7613 between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm CST. Thank you!

assembly instuctions are not very well described . I was ready to send back a second one because i couldn't get the wheels to stay on. My grandson put the whells on the rod and banged both wheels and then they poped on and then the caps were placed in the center of the wheels. this should be in the instructions!!

This is my 3rd wagon. I bought it for both my grandsons and it's their favorite toy. It helped them walk and now they push it around everywhere at full speed! I just bought it for another little boys 1st birthday. I am sure he will love it as well. And super easy to put together!

Why aren't the wheels more secure?

I just purchased this for my one year old. It looks great BUT the wheels come off easily. I thought the "SNAP' would somehow ensure the wheels stayed in place but they don't. Very, very disappointed.
1 reply from Customer Service team - 3 months ago
Hey there! Thank you for your review and feedback regarding assembly. If the wheels are not staying attached to the wagon it is likely they are not fully snapped into place. To secure, it may be easier to place the wagon on its side. From there, you will want to push down with some force until you hear an audible click. One you hear the click, the wheels will stay secure to the axle. If you are still experiencing difficulty with the wheels, please contact our Customer Service Team at 1-800-621-7613 between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm CST Monday-Friday. Thank you and have a wonderful day!
