A: Hi Chris! Ideally, both at the same time about 30 minutes before your first meal. However, you can spread it out if that works better for your routine.

I heard you should use probiotics at least a month or two before expecting any results/changes so I figured I wouldn't notice any immediate benefits. However, within 2 weeks, I noticed it significantly helping with bloating and PMS related symptoms. That was not my initial goal with taking probiotics, but it is a welcome surprise! These truly make me feel great.

I didn’t notice a difference at all, i’ll be going back to using my old brand. I also tried to take them on an empty stomach like the bottle suggests & I got extremely nauseous both times and threw them up. I wish they would’ve worked for me.

I’ve gone through two bottles of the Pre + Probiotic and Daily Cleanse. Before taking them I consulted with my gastroenterologist about the ingredients and possible side effects. I was given the green light to try them and see how I feel. The first week I definitely had some queasiness and light cramping. But nothing that wasn’t manageable. The payoff was worth it! I’ve been dealing with mystery GI issues since I was a kid and have never been able to consider myself “regular.” After my first month on these I was feeling really great. My digestive system seems to be working like it should! I ran out of the pre + pro and went from taking them daily, to nothing for a week. I immediately noticed a difference. My body was like “Okay we’re back to square one!” Definitely not fun. I’ve gotten back to my routine and feel so much better again. I can’t recommend these enough!

I had high hopes for this supplement, as I cannot afford to buy kombucha to drink every day. Unfortunately, my body did not react well to this supplement! While taking this suplement, I experienced nausea, terrible flatulence (gas), and also migraine headaches. It is definitely not for me. If you are sensitive to any of the symptoms I mentioned, I would think twice before buying. Also, there is a very strong mint smell and taste that is left on the capsules from the packet inside (which is meant to keep the supplements fresh). I suspect that caused some, if not all, of my symptoms. Overall, I would rate this supplement 0/5 stars if I could.
