Actually not too bad
Homemade is always better but this actually was edible and I’ll get it again to keep in pantry for a quick dinner. I simmered first with fresh garlic , added sautéed sausage. Then stirred into rotini noodles .

Delicious creamy sauce with great homemade flavor.
Rao’s Homemade Alfredo Sauce has a rich, creamy texture and a delicious homemade taste. It pairs perfectly with pasta and makes dinner quick and easy. The flavor is smooth, cheesy, and not too heavy. I really enjoyed how convenient and flavorful it was.

so confused by the good reviews - this sauce is sooo bland!! Expensive. Underwhelming and would not repurchase.

Cheesy deliciousness
I use this sauce all the time. It’s easy and quick to heat up and toss with some pasta. It tastes like restaurant quality and has a lovely thick consistency.

Pricey These Days
Delicious but it’s gotten too expensive. I only buy when it’s on sale. Or I buy at other stores that are less expensive.

Mmmmmm
This is easily the best store bought Alfredo sauce I have ever used at home. It’s rich and silky, and easy to use. Makes any meal ten times better. I love it.

Best brand
We love this for a pre-made sauce. We typically make from scratch but in a pinch this is our preferred brand. It has a good flavor and a good consistency. We warm it up in a saucepan and will mix it with the noodles and a little pasta water

Disappointing and Bland
This sauce is a total dud. I was surprised, because I love Rao's other sauces, but I found the alfredo to be bland, and what flavor it does have didn't hit the right notes, in my opinion.

Best sauce
Raos is my favorite brand of pasta sauce - it’s definitely pricey but you can always taste the difference! If I want an easy meal to taste homemade!

Yuck
Watered down & overly salty. Nothing like real Alfredo sauce. Tastes like a frozen tv dinner. Save yourself the disappointment & make it homemade.

At first taste with no heating or additional spices, it is very salty and sadly the saltiness does not fade after adding noodles nor pasta water.

Rao’s Alfredo Sauce offers rich, authentic flavor
Rao’s Alfredo Sauce stands out with its rich, creamy consistency that feels homemade and indulgent. The taste is authentic and well-balanced, blending creamy cheese and garlic flavors without being overly salty or artificial. Made with high-quality ingredients like real cream, Parmesan cheese, and butter, it avoids fillers and preservatives, which adds to its premium feel. The packaging is simple but elegant, featuring a glass jar that not only looks classy on the shelf but also helps preserve freshness better than plastic containers. While it’s pricier than typical Alfredo sauces, the value comes from its quality ingredients and restaurant-style flavor, making it worth the splurge for pasta lovers.

Creamy and flavorful
Creamy and works well in pasta dishes as a quick and tasty replacement for homemade sauce. It is seasoned well and tastes very homemade! I brought a dish to a family dinner party and everyone was asking for the recipe.

Tastes like homemade
I really like this Alfredo sauce. I normally make my own but I pressed for time and bought a bottle, ingredients are good and the taste was almost like my home made. I like it’s in jar so you can see the sauce and the consistency.

RAO’S HOMEMADE AlFREDO Doesn’t Disappoint!!
While shopping the other day I noticed RAO’S HOMEMADE premium traditionally crafted ALFREDO sauce…RAO is a family brand name Over 120 years in the making…very simple ingredients …it is made from cream, butter, Parmesan and Romano cheese, salt and pepper…eggs and milk..it has 83 mg of calcium..3 grams of protein per serving..50 mg of cholesterol and 100 calories per serving…a serving size is 1/4 of a cup I boiled a box of fettuccine and when almost ready I heated the RAO sauce ..RAO doesn’t disappoint with its rich, creamy sauce .. with a touch of pepper and a sprinkle of fresh Parmesan it doesn’t disappoint!! ..
