Legit tastes like Styrofoam... on the plus side, it's filling... there are much tastier ways to meet your goals. This cereal tastes like it was made for the enjoyment of termites because they like wood shavings. Seriously.

This cereal is so good! I use it as granola in my Ratio yogurt and berries. Delicious! You would never know this was Keto. I just wish it was a little cheaper - I would buy it more often (and I would have given 5 stars!).

I really like them, I’ve also tried the Cinnamon Almond Cereal which I like too, I just love the Maple one a lot more. I haven’t tried the coconut granola even though I like coconut it’s in everything now so I’m just a bit tired of it. I wish they would make Maple Pecan Granola please!! I’d say the only thing I don’t like is the Chocolate chunk cookie, very dry and has a weird taste, but I love what I’ve tried so far.

I love this cereal. It's my favorite Keto cereal. The freeze dried cranberries make it so perfect. Also, a serving is 1 cup rather than 1/2 cup. It reminds me of granola mixed with corn flakes. I would recommend it to friends and family.

It’s hard to find crunchy foods on keto and this cereal is satisfying in that way. I like that it is not overly sweet. Many foods pump up the artificial sugar to make things taste better, this cereal tastes good without all that and I enjoy the cinnamon flavor. I will continue to purchase despite the high price.

I'm pretty surprised by the bad reviews. I bought this on a whim hoping I could add cereal back in my life. From the first bite, I was hooked. It tastes amazing and needs no sugar added. Full of dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, and some almond clusters, this has become a cereal I hope to never have to be without. That being said, it IS pricey. However, to have a healthy cereal that tastes this good and doesn't spike my blood sugar is a huge win for me. I highly recommend it.

My first and last box. Like chewing on Styrofoam and cardboard. I think there were 4 cranberries in the whole box.. I threw the whole box in the trash after paying a ridiculous amount of money for it. I wouldn't feed it to a dog.

I like this cereal but it does have real sugar as an ingredient and some of the pieces have the texture of styrofoam. However, I gobbled it up bc I was dying for cereal. Not sure how it affected my blood sugar since I’m not wearing a monitor presently. I’ll probably buy it again.

We love Ratio yogurt and the bars, so thought this would be good. Not only is it spongy and tasteless, but it has 2 grams of added sugar. Not keto and definitely not diabetic friendly. Don't waste your money.

This cereal is freaking delicious! It does not taste anything like a protein or Keto product. No weird flavor. It tastes like a normal cereal that’s not super sweet. It’s so satisfying when you’re eating low carb and then you’re allowed to eat something that’s actually cruchy and feels carby and doesn’t taste weird.

I have mixed feelings because the taste and texture are actually quite good but if I would have gotten what was actually described it would have been amazing. The cereal reminds me of the texture of honey smacks but there was ZERO nut clusters -ZERO. I even took the bag out to shake it up and found that there was mashed up stuff at the bottom of the bag but now clusters to be doing. For a low sugar cereal this is a great choice but this needs a recipe or packaging revamp.

Finally a low carb cereal that actually tastes like cereal but even better! It's not too sweet and the dried fruit bits have a little tang to them. It pairs perfectly with the cereal. Here's the difference with the maple flavor: this one is a bit less sweet. I highly recommend trying these cereals they're awesome!
