Ingredients of the deodorant is very harsh you rub on the skin, there is no glide what so ever. The smell itself is not the best & it does not last, as I swear right through it within 10 minutes.

The other raw sugar deodorant scents I’ve tried (vanilla + charcoal, eucalyptus mint, cucumber chamomile) work fine. The scent is nice in the tube but this deodorant doesn’t work at all.

The product smells nice but only worked for me for about 3-4 hours before I needed to reapply. The packaging is horrid. The more you use it, the worse it gets. I was never able to even finish the stick (not that I really wanted to) but it just became so difficult to get the stick to stay up in the tube to even apply.

I read the reviews, I figured I’d give it a chance - I work out 4 or 5x a week, strength training and HIIT classes. I thoroughly applied this 20 minutes before gym tonight and about 10 minutes into working out, it completely stopped working. The only other time I’ve ever smelled this bad was when I completely forgot to wear deodorant at all. I’ll continue searching for an Aluminum free brand that actually works.

I started using this when I got pregnant because I didn't want to use aluminum and wanted to minimize the chemicals my body was exposed to. It holds up nicely during my 12 hour nursing shifts and also smells nice :) even post partum it has worked well for me! It is not an antiperspirant so you will still sweat and may need to reapply after a few hours, especially if you're sweating a lot.

How natural deoderant works on individuals is always interesting. There is definitely a ph/or body makeup connection. After years of trying many different deodorants I discovered this one. For both myself and my daughters, it works great! Personally, I have none of the side effects of other natural deodorants, such as raw, red armpits, or any adverse smelling. I have found that it struggles without re-application on days over 100 degrees when I'm outside, but I'm yet to find much that keeps working in these conditions without re-application. It does take a bit of trial an error to maximize use. First, when it is cool, I hold the deoderant against my skin for a few seconds before rubbing, this does seem to help with any dry/scratchiness of the product that other reviewers have mentioned. Second, when applying, I hold my index finger inside the tube so it doesn't push down. Is it fussy? Definitely. Is it worth it to have a functional natural deoderant? Absolutely!

after years of trying different deodorants. this one takes the win! i was very hesitant to try something this "natural" but it has changed my life! no white marks, smells amazing and stays that way!! i feel like i sweat less through shirts on normal days not at all. if i know i'm having a long day or wearing thick clothing i do have to reapply but it so worth it. i also enjoy the eucalyptus scent. pricy but lasts around one and a half months

It’s hard to believe this product ever made it past the testing phase. It’s nearly impossible to apply with the awful cardboard packaging design - deodorant keeps falling back in the tube no matter how hard I’m squeezing the sides, and then the rough edges scrape against my pits after the deodorant falls back in. It shouldn’t be this painfully difficult to apply deodorant. It’s so dry it takes forever to apply a decent amount and it doesn’t last long enough to work. I’ll be going back to Native.

I bought a pack of this from my local store. But it doesn't apply. It says it melts to the touch but it is rock hard and scratches, hurting my armpits. I thought "maybe it only works after a shower" and left it in the bathroom with the humidity, but it is still too rough and just does not work. I came to the website looking for "instructions" to see if I was misunderstanding the directions on the package but it does not seem like I am. Very disappointed as I like the smell and thought the idea of it was wonderful. I have heard mixed reviwed so it appears to work for some people, but I cannot for the life of me determine why it is so painfully ineffective for me.
