This headset has been my biggest tech mistake in a long while. I had several issues right up front. Firstly, my entire setup is on the Chroma RGB ecosystem; despite this advertising both “designed for Xbox, Windows 10” and “Chroma RGB”, it turns out that you can’t do ANYTHING with it from PC. Can’t control the RGB, it won’t even show up in any Razer software as a connected device! After MUCH digging online I finally learn that you can only configure the RGB or update firmware from an Xbox console (nope, not even a MS Store app or mobile app.) So huge disappointment there, but not the worst thing, right? So using it with PC, I immediately notice issues with battery life. So bad that I constantly have it die during work calls if I forget to plug it in to charge. No auto-off functionality it seems. Don’t get me started on hands-free mode and whatnot…thanks to it being a completely agnostic device when connected to PC, there is no way to configure the behavior of the buttons to fit my needs. As for the mic, I’m constantly (yet also inconsistently) finding that I’m just barely audible on calls, even when I confirm the mixer isn’t the issue & the mic is facing the right way. I have to have it so close to my mouth for anyone to hear me that I’m practically eating the thing. Can’t sip a drink without moving the mic first and then back afterwards which is idiotic. My last major complaint is the fit. At the tightest / smallest adjustment, this still barely stays on my head. Can’t lean back in my chair, can’t check under my desk for something because it’ll already be off at that point. I would have expected a tighter fit even for a little while, but this is how it fit me straight out of the box. Speaking of fit, something about the profile of the inset around the charge port makes it so that any other USB-C cable I own does not fit into the port. So, god forbid you lose that charge cable it comes with. Even for a temporary fix when I misplaced the Razer cable, I couldn’t find a single other generic OR branded cable that fit. I have to wonder if these things are deliberate. Anyways, I’ll be honest that I’m struggling to recall anything I like about the thing. I’m already in the market for a different headset for BOTH Xbox and pc.

Only after 4 months the plastic broke on both sides above ear pieces and mute button hard to use. Sound quality and mic are all good. Bluetooth works great. Larger ear cups make the fit a lot nicer.

I purchased these headphones for my 13 year old son for gaming. They're adjustable fit is very comfortable, the sound quality is amazing for the price with the cushioning allowing for quieting of outside-of-game sounds. The mic is also adjustable with a flexible arm, and great sound output quality. We recommend these headphones, great quality for the value!

Worst headset ever. I returned them immediately because as soon as I connected them they had low volume, a terrible mic so bad that everyone I played with said it sounded like a jet engine while on, the razor app is horrible. You’re better off buying some budget headsets.

These headphones sounded good for the first day. After that, they disconnect and reconnect every few seconds making them totally unusable. This seems to be a very common issue based on other reviews. The fixes xbox and razer suggest don't work. Returning these for a different brand

Im normally a cheap headset guy. But was looking to upgrade to something wireless. Both these and the regular Kaira were on sale for $30 price difference. I decided to go with these. I love that it can connect to my phone via Bluetooth so I never miss anymore calls or text messages while gaming. That was the biggest selling point for me. The detachable mic is nice. Sounds is good and it’s comfortable. Overall really don’t have any cons. Would highly recommend.

Comfortable, sounds good, many pre-made audio and mic options. You can customize them further by downloading the app on your Xbox or pc. Able to change how loud the game is vs chat. The color changing options are nice too. Was playing an FPS amd was able to track enemy movements with just the headphones through walls, easy kills. ;)
