This Camera has a quality build and it was plug and play. I was able to set it up with OBS and get streaming online within 10 mins of installation. 10/10 reccomend to anyone looking to upgrade but dont want to invest into a DSLR.

Although there are less-expensive webcams available, I need one that works well with Zoom -- meaning it can work in high or low light, it can hold its focus, and that I can mount (preferrably on my laptop screen). As I read reviews, I saw this was getting decent comments. Pros: feels really sturdy. The way it holds on looks kind of dicey at first but it is very effective on my laptop (15", fairly thin case). It really does hold its focus well. Cons: I'm not a gamer and it's specifically designed for gamers. What I found I needed to do was to not use any of the smaller aps Razer makes available. For example, when I installed Synapse (Razer's "base" app), the cam wouldn't talk to Zoom. I uninstalled Synapse and it now works flawlessly. When I had to shut down & re-start the laptop (for reasons not relating to the cam), Zoom had trouble with the camera. I unplugged the webcam, started Zoom, and plugged it back in and all went well. Note: my computer's mic works just fine for Zoom so I haven't tried the Razer's microphone.

In theory, this camera should work with a newer Mac; it's plug and play. I know - Target calls out PC in the title, but says in the details its Mac friendly. It's not. It will be, at best, hit or miss. There is zero support. There are no updated drivers. You CAN download 3rd party software to manage the settings (exposure, white balance, etc) but that ALSO isn't supported/updated. Lens quality and theoretical ease of use are great, but in real world application... I was way happier with a different brand. Caveat emptor at its best.

Camera shows the reality of true colors. It doesn’t have a particular filter or fish eye lense as some others do. It also feels heavy, possibly being able to withstand mishaps.

I love that it has a cover for when you aren’t using it. It is a bit difficult to get used to if you aren’t familiar with razer synapse but with a little time it gets easier. The only other thing I wish was a bit sturdier is the grip for the monitor. My cats tails have bumped my cam a few times and almost knocked it off. Would be very sad if it had broken.

He says it's one of the best gaming cameras he's ever had. That says a lot! It was very easy set up and we use it daily. With all the Zooms we do in a week, this has been great. I love it so much. I got the Razer Kiyo Pro Webcam and it solved my issues. This camera is way better than I expected. HDR enabled, wide-angle lens, 1080P with flexible mounting options. I would highly recommend this product if you have a computer without an attached camera.

It makes the drab lighting of my living room much brighter and makes me look good. I'm sure as I play with it more and learn it's capabilities, I will figure out a bit more about what it can do. It was easy to set up and produces a nice clear image. If you're just doing work calls, this may be more than you need.

It was very easy to set up and fits very snug on top of my laptop. The camera itself is larger than I expected, but I love that. I use this camera for my every day use now for everything. It works well in every lighting. Even in darker settings I can be seen in this camera. I so happy with this webcam and the quality is so good that I don’t think there could possibly be a better webcam out there. This one is by far the best I’ve used.

While my laptop does have a built-in webcam, I utilize multiple screens and by having an external webcam it allows me to utilize the larger screens while still looking into the main camera.
