I don't know who is rating these salads 3 & 4 stars. They taste disgusting. The idea is great - the idea is a 5. However, the lettuce tastes & smells very strongly of chemicals. The cheese is flavorless & the meat, what is supposed to be a "healthy" food, has sodium nitrites.
