Avery 5163 works, but I had to reduce the header + footer in Word in order to line up the labels correctly. Instructions: Layout >> Margins >> Custom Margins >> navigate to the Layout tab >> Lower the "from edge" header and footer values from the default 0.5" to 0.25"

Use the Avery 5163 label template in MS Word and this will work... I swear I just printed 120 labels! DO NOT TRY TO BUILD A CUSTOM LABEL in MS Word or these labels won't print correctly.see moreof the reviewer's review

I'll be returning these and wish I would have read the other reviews before wasting my time. Same issue, no instructions for templating the labels properly. I recommend Avery instead.see moreof the reviewer's review

works great as long as you get the rite template. I suggest printing on a regular sheet of paper first to make sure your words line up with the boxes and then print on the labels.see moreof the reviewer's review

This product is terrible. The packaging says that I could use a 2X4 label template in Word and that "complete instructions inside". There were no instructions inside and after searching and searching on the internet and Word I was unable to find the correct template to use.
