A: No. Not at all. The liquid dye is removed the first time you use it. After the application, you rinse and wash your hair as usual. There is no dye left, only the permanent color that dyed each hair. That never rinses out.

I have some gray hair & this product covers grays perfectly! Gloves could be a little better quality, maybe add a 2nd pair for rinsing cause color will stain hands.I would recommend this product.

I've been using #81 light blonde for over 3 years. The formula was recently changed, and the new "no mess" color comes out very dark! I"m extremely disappointed. I don't know what to do, except look for boxes of the old formulation.

I used this one to remove the color in my hair (it was blonde) and go back to my natural hair color and I just loved it. I think it's probably my favorite hair dye I've used. And it doesn't stain skin as badly as most hair dyes might.

I loved using Revlon color silk because it really colored my gray. I use dye it Auburn color but after using it so long it just not taking it anymore. But I do recommend this product because it wonderful hair dye. And it leave your manageable and soft.

I literally made an account just to leave this review. My hair was dead from bleach, my bf described it as "barbie hair". I dyed it dirty blonde and immediately noticed a difference, my hair felt softer. Just not sure about it anymore. Have used this for years but finally let my hair go gray. But it was so drab I decided to try the silver but it had alot of blue in it so thought the mushroom blonde would cover it,because I've always had to use a med. to dark blonde to get my shade of brown. Long story short it is purple now. What a mess, so your website says brown will c over the purple. Here we go will see how it goes.

I used to use Revlon every time I dyed my hair black, since I was 13 to be exact. The new "no mess" formula is awful and super watery, the entire back of my neck is black and I had to wrap a towel around my neck through the process because it wouldn't stop running down the back of my head. I've used the same black many times before the new formula and never had this problem.
