A: I now use the ColorStay with SPF (packaging is a little different, it has a pump which is nice, and it is still for combo/oily skin). For a primer (bear with me, this might sound strange) I've actually used Monostat Anti-Chafing Gel for YEARS. It fills in all my imperfections and smooths out my skin tone prior to applying the foundation, and it's never caused me to break out (seems like it helps control oil and shine). I get tons of compliments and asked often what makeup I use. Stays on during summer activities and doesn't sweat off. Really great coverage, too. By far the best foundation I've used, including when compared with more "expensive" brands. Highly recommend. I wear it all year round.

Understanding your skin’s undertone is key to finding the right foundation and choosing the best color palettes for your hue. There are three traditional undertones: warm, cool, and neutral. Warm undertones range from peach to yellow and golden. Cool undertones include pink and bluish hues. A: This oil-free liquid foundation is best for oily to combination skin. If you have dry skin, we recommend trying the Revlon ColorStay Makeup specifically formulated for normal to dry skin.
Please bring back the original Matte Finish Colorstay Foundation in 510 Pecan. This new formula is offered in less colors and is a runny mess especially during the warmer months! As others mentioned, the new formula does not set well and transfers easily. Why discontinue the original formula if it's working for so many? Makeup is not a one size fits all. Maybe extend the line to include both options, the Matte Finish and the new formula for those who prefer it.

Have worn this foundation for more years than I can count! 20?? This new formula is horrible. Adding Vitamin E is the opposite of Matte. For years I could count on this one product to control my shiny nose and now I’m splotchy ALL OVER within 3 hours. So so disappointed. WHY??

Overall, a good medium coverage foundation with SPF. My biggest complaint is that it settles around my nose and mouth (nasolabial crease) where I'm more oily. I've tried it with two different primers and they don't make much a difference. Overall good product for the price though and I like the pump packaging.

I’m a very oily skin person ,and my biggest problem with transfer. This is the only foundation that doesn’t become a smearing mess on my face. Don’t get me wrong,it does get oily but it stays in place. I bloat my face and I’m good to go. I wear it everyday to work for more then 12 hours. It’s a great and inexpensive foundation.

There isn't anything to dislike about this foundation. It's an exact dupe of my old Estee Lauder even matches the color I used. I use 395 in Revlon. Plus this foundation has really good ingredients that's a huge win for me, and the price.

It lasted for at least 6 hours in perfect conditions. When using the foundation I did not notice any skin improving. This is a perfect option for day to day makeup.
