I do not care for the twist ring for selecting the temperature. The wind speeds are nice. The low heat setting is too hot for fine, fragile hair and for a sensitive scalp.

Welp I hate to be that one person but here we are, it broke on my first use. (I don’t believe people who say it broke on first use, but now I see it’s possible ) Worst part of it all is that I used it on Low. I could understand if I was using it on high, but no. It does an amazing job on low too and it heats well. The issue is it looks like the fan came undone and it started to smoke and make weird sounds when ever I would turn it back on. I’m pretty sure without this weird defect that it will work wonders.

I like everything about this brush dryer. I bought the original Revlon brush dryer and it worked well, but it was really hot to handle. When the new version came out with the detachable head, I had to try it. It’s perfect! Love the detachable head for travel and this dryer has a lower heat setting that’s perfect for drying my fairly long hair and the end stays cool enough to touch or hold while drying my hair. I have the Christmas red and black color. I was sorry to read the negative reviews….the head of mine only comes off when I want it to, it’s lighter weight and slightly smaller barrel to hold as well as having both low and high heat settings. No complaints….Guess I’m just lucky.

I bought this “new and improved” version and regret it. It dries my hair well but the brush head is always falling off! It’s annoying because not only does it make the process take longer, but the brush head is hot to pick up and reattach. It’s not worth the price.

I absolutely love, love, love this hair dryer! I’ve heard of them over the years, and finally bought one. I saw they had an updated version and had to get it! I got the Plum color because that’s all my Target had on hand, and I didn’t really care about the color at the time, I just wanted the hair dryer, but the Plum color really grew on me and glad I have this color instead of black. I was surprised at how light weight it is and doesn’t get heavy while I’m using it. The medium setting is hot enough that it dries my hair. I love how easy it is to hold and how it styles my hair. I really like that the head is detachable and can use to quick dry my hair with the brush off. I seriously prefer this over my $400 Dyson hair dryer. Crazy?! I know! I wish I had bought one of these when I had heard about them all those years ago. Guess it’s never too late!

It’s very heavy. I would not recommend buying this item. It made my hair straight, but it does not have volume. I separate my hair in sections, and I used mousse. Don’t waste your money.

I’ve owned this for 5 months and use it 1-2 times per week. While it dries my hair nicely the brush constantly detaches from the dryer while it’s in my hair. I have short thin hair so there’s no reason for this to happen.

I have thick, straight hair, and I was pleasantly surprised how well this gave me light, flowing waves. It has three heat settings and a cool setting, so this gives you more control over how you dry and style your hair. It is easy to grip and very easy to use; I have been able to cut down on the time it takes to dry and style my hair by using this. The barrel and brush is smaller than a previous version, and it gives me more volume at my roots and makes my hair lighter and fluffier with smaller waves. This is a great styling tool to have, especially if you have hair that takes forever to dry.

I had such high hopes for this brush, but the negative reviews are true, and I was let down. I figured it would be the same as the original, just smaller in size, but it’s not at all. I used it for the first time, and it definitely grabs the hair better than the original plus, It’s lighter and more comfortable. The downside is that it just doesn’t dry the same as the original Revlon brush, and I woke up to my hair being extremely frizzy the next day. I bought this one because I found the original brush to be too bulky, and although it dries perfectly, I can’t dry my roots as well as I’d like to since my hair is so curly. I’m going to give it another chance and see what happens. If it doesn’t work out, I’ll use it on my daughter's hair. She has looser curls, so this might work better on hers.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because it is really easy to fry your hair without doing research before hand. I should have done more research before using because my ends are definitely dried. Moving forward I will be using a ton of heat protectant and using the cool setting on my ends. The shine is incredibly though and I love how quick it is.
