Bristles are poor quality. If you have a lot of hair, do not buy this. Have had this for a few months and the brush is unusable, brush part has been kept regularly cleaned and bristles still became flat. Unfortunately it’s outside of the return widow. Disappointed & do not recommend.

Product failed 2 months after purchasing. After a while, the brush starts to overheat, resulting in a burning smell. If I would’ve kept using it, it probably would’ve started a fire. Disappointing considering the price. I will be using another company’s dryer in the future.

I had a lot of anticipation for this but it’s basically just a blow dryer with bristles. It worked amazing the first 2 uses. It is extremely loud like everyone is advising and it smells horrible honestly. My hair smells awful after using it, no matter what product I put in my hair afterwords and even before. I will have to end up throwing it out soon. Have had it for 2 weeks

Purchased this item as a gift. Unfortunately the first time they used it the item smelled of burning plastic. They attempted to use it again but it the same issue occurred. There was a strange sound within and the smell of something burning. The return window had passed by the time the item was tested so I wasn’t able to return it despite its malfunction. I purchased it as a Christmas gift for someone, since I had owned one in the past and loved it. I wish it had worked for them, but the quality of this item seems to have changed since I purchased my own. I will not be repurchasing.

I just got this and have used it once. I spent 30 minutes running this (on low) through my hair while I sat in front of the tv with no mirror. As seen in the before and after pics, my very wavy hair is now straight and smooth. It was easy as could be, and it was quieter than my blow dryer. I will update if it ever gives me trouble.
