Riced Frozen Cauliflower - 10oz - Good & Gather™

Love not like. I have allergies. No, I am allergic to everything! I have learned when item is in stock to always grab 5 bags. I used to rice my own cauliflower but now this is my sin. Not unusual to eat a bag at one sitting every day.

If you like cauliflower rice then this is great, only complaint is when steamed in bag it is watery.

Smelled oddly like fish when cooking. It looked almost like they froze cauliflower that was already going bad with brown spots…in addition to the color being generally tan all over (instead of white).

The quality and quantity have changed. It is watery and tastes bad. The ounces have also changed to less, but cost is the same.

I don’t know how Target managed to mess up something as simple as cauliflower. This product cooks soft and soggy. While some might appreciate that texture, it alienates those that prefer a crunchier texture. I also did not appreciate the smell and I’m not a rookie when it comes to cauliflower

Cooked as recommended but had unusual tan color and mushy texture. Did not taste fresh.

I feel like I have tasted all of the cauliflower rice options out there and this one from Good & Gather is top notch. It never gets soggy and the size of the "rice" is perfect to have just enough texture that it is not mush. I only cook mine on the stove top so I cannot speak to the microwave instructions but they are freezer to table in only a few minutes.

Cooked according to the stovetop instructions on the bag and it destroyed my stomach. Been having cramps and gurgling sounds for an hour since eating this. Don't have this problem with the normal Good and Gather cauliflower florets. Do not buy this.

Great price and good to use for any meal. This is always in my freezer. Easy to customize

This is perfect for meal prep. I microwave this with frozen peas and carrots, season with a bit of garlic, soy sauce, and add protein of choice.
