It's all good while the tube is new and plump...the problems start as you continue to use it, and the tube starts to crinkle into a wad. Cracks/holes form in the tube and the cream starts to seep out of the side holes. And this all happens while there is still plenty of cream inside the tube. So...the packaging will fail you long before you run out of product. As for the cream itself, it is wonderful. I've been using it for the past few years and I have noticed a huge difference in my undereye area. Love the product, hate the packaging...

I've been using this for about a month and a half now and haven't noticed a difference on my tiny wrinkles I gave it 2 stars because it does help a bit with the dark circles. I'm with everyone else about the packaging it easily oozes out wasting so much. I also notice if I rub my eyes it starts "peeling" off and really not peeling but I just don't know how to describe it. Overall I won't be buying again!

Bad packaging makes for a lot of waste

The texture of the cream is smooth and more liquified, which I don’t mind. However, a major flaw is the packaging. I hate the tube it comes in because it’s metal/aluminum on the inside and after squeezing the top of the tube, it creates a dent and then it punctures a hole where it dents! Consequently, it’s sharp and can poke you if you’re not careful. The cream also spills out because of the pressure. They need to repackage this cream.

This eye cream has such high ratings that I decided to go to try. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on an expensive eye cream. I decided to use the whole tube first before I gave this review after using the entire tube I can say that I see absolutely no difference, and if anything I feel like they have even made my under I find lines worse. Also, the packaging was terrible. As soon as you take the cap off even without squeezing the tube products just comes pouring out. A complete waste.

I want to like this product however it causes more problems for me. I used this cream for several weeks and did see an improvement under my eyes however I put on eyeshadow and mascara one day and when I took it off with a makeup wipe my under eyes were on fire. No visible restoration irritation but it burned. I’ve used the same makeup wipes for years no issues. So I waited a few days didn’t use the product and wear makeup’s removed it no problem so I tried the cream under my eyes again and did my fail makeup. Again at night when I went to remove my makeup instant burning again. Cool water helped smooth the area but I don’t think it’s for me.
