This made in Germany DZ5164 Focus Iron has great features combined with the ergonomic science. The microsteam stainless steel with 330 microholes provides excellent steam distribution and unbeatable gliding on the fabric. The precision tip's sharpness allows it to reach the narrow areas and give best results. The thermostat knob provides clear reading of all the settings. This iron works with tap water and there is no need for distilled water to fill its large volume water tank of 10oz. Combined with 1700W power this iron has powerful vertical steam which is helpful to get wrinkles off the hanging garments or drapes. The self-cleaning system helps to prolong life of the iron, and the anti-calc aids in removing impurities and provides clean steam. The smart 3 way auto shut-off helps to enhance safety features of the iron and shuts off the iron automatically after 8 minutes if left vertical, and in 30 seconds if left horizontally or tipped over.

I bought this because my 20+ year old Rowena iron gave out. I am very pleased with this iron as is my housekeeper. It does an excellent job and is a pleasure to use.see moreof the reviewer's review

I used it to steam the wrinkles of my sweater and it works very well, but it leaks water when I set it down flat which I don't like because he gets water spots on my shirts or trousers.see moreof the reviewer's review
