Malformed piece

This toy would not work in the designed configuration, because the swinging hammer/arm would either a) swing, but miss the cannon firing pin, or b) fail to swing, due to the position of the "hand". I watched the online video, tried every incremental twist/turn of the piece in the insertion point, tr...see moreof the reviewer's review

It’s not even that this is difficult to use or bad quality, it’s straight up trash. The little guy in the wagon is too big to fit through the castle door without being shoved, some of the pieces won’t fit together, others fall apart, and not one single step of this works, despite two adults and two ...see moreof the reviewer's review

My 6 year old daughter has been wanting one of these for months. The grandparents got it for her for Christmas, but much to our disappointment, it is utter trash. The instructions are vague, the piece-labels don’t match (1, 2, 3 on the parts, A, B, C) in the instructions, pictures only resemble the ...see moreof the reviewer's review

I hate being negative, but I have to be for a terrible product like this. Would have given a zero star review if possible. Spent an hour trying to set the stupid thing up for my younger brother, and only half of the pieces fit together. I don't know what happened with the manufacturing or packaging,...see moreof the reviewer's review

This is a great toy! An no - it isn't supposed to work the first time or even the 20th time. The point is to teach your child to tinker to get it to work. It was a lot of fun to do with my kids because the excitement grew as we figured out how to get each step to work. I would recommend watching the...see moreof the reviewer's review
