I needed some touch up paint for an aquarium trim. The semi-gloss finish match great. While not submerged in water, this trim is in a humid environment being for an aquarium. I've had this done a year ago (thus writing this review for long term durability). I'm happy to say the paint has not chipped, bubbled or flaked off. It looks as good as when first applied a year ago. The top lid and the led light strip were painted with the Rust-Oleum Semi-Gloss Spray. The black trim is the original plastic of the aquarium.

Great spray paint. Covers well and sprays well too I don't have any issues with leaking dripping ect. The color payoff is amazing. I never need a second coat unless I just want too. Bought a metal table from Hearth and Hand in black but wanted white so just repainted. I recommend!

This paint matches the oil-rubbed bronze finish on faucets and light fixtures, I buy it pretty often and have used it on plastics, wood, and metal! I’ve found that three light coats gives you complete coverage and no runs or drips. I love this paint!

Decided to give this one another shot after a bad experience last time but paint still came out unevenly and left specks all over the items I sprayed. This brand used to be worth it but now that the quality decreased and price increased I can't recommend.

Let's see that we can figure out. For best results using Rust-Oleum Painter's Touch 2X Ultra Cover Spray Paint, be sure to vigorously shake the can for at least one minute once the mixing ball begins to rattle, as well as frequently during use. All this shaking ensures the pigment (solids) inside the can are well mixed, which typically results in excellent spray. For a smooth, even finish, hold the can 10-16" from the surface and spray in a steady back and forth motion, slightly overlapping each stroke. Keep the can the same distance from the surface, keeping it in motion while spraying. Apply 2 or more light coats a few minutes apart, until the desired coverage has been achieved. - Rust-Oleum Product Support 6

I've used this Rustoleum clear spray paint for all of my outdoor wrought iron furniture and garden decor. It makes my black wrought iron look shiny and new. I haven't had any problems with discoloration or nozzle issues. My only gripe is the incessant price increases. Otherwise, I'm satisfied with the outcome of my projects.

It covers better and there's usually no need for a second coat. It dries to touch in about 20 minutes, and is surface ready for a second coat, if desired, in just an hour. Rustoleum is a name that I can always trust to make anything look good and new again. Great value for a top notch brand.
