Q: Is it safe to wipe the cup and immediately reinsert or do you need to rinse?

A: Hi Jasmini, thanks so much for your question. If you are out and about and need to empty your cup, it is safe to rinse and reinsert. However, at the end of the 12 hour period, it is important to take out your cup, rinse and wash with a non-oil, gentle soap.

A: Hi there! On our Saalt website you can find the 7 clean ingredients used in our wipes! They are Aqua/Water/Eau which naturally disperses the other ingredients, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil which conditions skin and removes oil and soil, Sorbitan Caprylate which maintains freshness, Disodium EDTA which helps keep formula shelf stable, Citric Acid which makes wipes pH balanced, Sodium Benzoate which keeps wipes fresh and clean, and Potassium Sorbate which helps wipes last and prevents deterioration. Cute packaging-stay moist, but if you aren’t super duper gentle and have sensitive skin like me you are likely to get a burning sensation. Maybe this is my sensitive skin reacting but it was not pleasant, and I wasn’t overly harsh. I looked in the ingredients, maybe it’s the citrus acid? For those with sensitive skin, this might be an item to stay away from!

The seal that closes the package doesn’t close well and it can lead to the wipes drying out. Plus only needing a few wipes makes it more convenient for on the go while traveling, or camping, etc. Overall, I’ll continue to use these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried so many ways to make sure the cup is sealed, but I'm leaking profusely every time. It is super frustrating. There's no way this holds up to 12 hours. I've looked up the tips on how to use the cup, I'll keep trying.
