Target Brand tastes so much better. Do not waste your hard earned money. This hummus was shockingly so bad. This Hummus taste manufactured, chemical aftertaste. Whatever happened to simple ingredients? some companies get so wrapped up in mass production, and I forget all about quality production.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Red roasted pepper quality of sabra seems change it doesn’t test fresh like before it use to be very fresh now it taste like sourness taste to hummus and not spicy either before it was better and yummy quality price went up and quality degrade.

I will start off by saying I am not a fan of hummus. I tasted an actually fantastic red pepper hummus last year and I've been looking for something similar since. Sadly, this is not it. If you're a fan of hummus, you may like this, unfortunately, it's a tad too sweet at first and not as smooth as I was expecting. Then it has this awful metallic after taste. With carrots, it cuts a little bit of that aftertaste, but by itself or on pita chips/crackers, it is a no for me. Will keep trying it with other dipping foods cause I don't like wasting food, otherwise, if you're not big on hummus, skip this one.
