Heat resistant-key word restistant

These worked well until we were using the stove and oven at the same time. If the lid is open when the oven is opened, depending on the temperature of the oven, the plastic holding the pin melts and the cover will no longer open and close properly. We'version done this twice already without thinking. Wish the plastic was a little more sturdy since it will be coming in contact with heat. Otherwise really easy to use on a daily basis and install. These have worked great with our mostly non-curious, loves the kitchen and cooking 2yo.

Epic fail

My 14 month old son was starting to get curious about the knobs on the stove so we bought this product. Within 5 minutes of installation my son figured out how to open it and removed it with the knob which he was unable to do previously. Product needs to be made with a sturdier plastic! Very disappointed.
