WORST CARSEAT EVER! I’ve never seen anything cheaper in my life. Forget padding - there is such a thin piece of fabric and then screws behind it! My child basically sat on hard plastic. Awful installation too and could never get it to a safe fit. Awful and returned after one car ride.

Extremely difficult and unsafe installation
Installation is just an absolute nightmare. And no matter how tight the seat belt or latch straps are, the product does not sit securely. It does not remain angled properly for 5-30 lb children. It slides and becomes loose, very unsafe. I’ve used other car seats, made by Safety First and others. This one is by far the most absolute garbage product. I will be returning it.

Hard to install
I for some reason cannot get this car seat tight in any of the vehicles I use. I’ve tried using the tethers and buckling it but it still moves like crazy. I was going to return it but I don’t have the box anymore.

Its a nice cheap carseat.
Find a different one, I wish I would have chosen a different carseat for my child. The seatbelt is nice but it is awkward, my child hates sitting in it.

Good seat, but unacceptable packaging and fulfillment issues
I like this car seat overall—the price point is reasonable, and it’s comfortable for my grandson. This is why we decided to order a second car seat for another vehicle. However, I was very disappointed to see how badly the box had been damaged during shipping. We knew from the first car seat we ordered how it would be packaged-without any protective packing material at all—just the car seat placed directly in the box. For a safety item like a car seat, this is concerning, but even more so when the box looks like it fell out of the truck trying to get here. Even more troubling, the car seat I received was clearly used. There were stains on the fabric, crumbs present, and dried milk residue on the chest clip. A used car seat should never be sent to a customer, as its safety history is unknown. Target did process my return, but this experience raises serious concerns about quality control and fulfillment. The product itself seems good, but shipping practices and the fact that a used seat was sent are why I can only give this three stars.

Used, damaged and wrong carseat delivered as brand new item.
Wrong car seat was delivered in box. The car seat was damaged, and missing both cup holders, the head rest was SNAPPED in half, the straps were tangled and the seat was covered in stains, animal hair and food. It even had a half eaten sucker stuck to it. The bottom of the box was filled with garbage. This car seat was VERY used and damaged. It was not even the same model that I ordered or what the box said it was. I’m not sure how something like this happened, but I did contact Target corporate to have them further investigate. Selling a used car seat is extremely dangerous and negligent. Especially if this seat has been in a car accident.
