A: It's recommended to use with the Miracle Gel nail polish, but you could probably put it over fake nails. I'd say stick to 1 coat so it's not too thick.

I like that it makes my mani shiny and keeps it from chipping. However, I expected more from this polish. I expected for it to make my mani look like a gel mani. Instead, it acts as a regular top coat polish. So for the price, I wouldn’t purchase again. I’ll stick to a regular top coat for a lower price

It doesn't seem to matter if I use the same brand Step one base coat or a different nail polish brand, it seems to take up to 6 hours for this stuff to dry. I cannot get this stuff to not ruin my nail polish. I thought maybe it was because I put on two coats of the base. I thought maybe I had used it too close together in time, nothing seems to work last time I waited a full day before I applied this one after the base coat, and it just wrecked them they had smudges bumps smears chips and fingerprint marks after 6 hours of applying the second coat and over 24 hours before applying the second coat. It's very disappointing.

I gave my nails plenty of time to try (>15 minutes) after using two coats of Sally Hansen step 1 miracle gel polish. Even then, the minute I used this top coat, the base nail polish came right off with it.

I never make reviews. But this legit was life changing. I had been getting full gel (with the light), spending $60+ & damaging my nails for months. This lasted a week with no chips. I did bring it to the salon for my mani/pedi, & I sat under the drying station with the black light & fabs for 45 minutes. I used regular polish under the topcoat. I never bother to paint my nails because they are always ruined in a day or two. This changes everything! So incredibly happy I found this. Please don’t ever stop making it!!

It is opaque with the top coat my nails look thick & shiny! This particular color is beautiful, the brush is large & it's fast drying. On me being active it lasts for about a week.
