Bought a TV Samsung TV a year ago and I had a problem with it and it’s not even expired yet and nobody came out to fix it not my warranty is up and I got a 70 inch dead TV that’s brand new out of the box not even you’re old it died

The closer your content is to 4K, the better the image will look on the screen. Here are some tips to help improve picture clarity: 1) HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing. 2) If you have an analog cable box or satellite box, upgrade to a digital cable box or satellite box. 3) Change the output resolution of your devices, such as digital broadcast receivers, IPTV, and set-top boxes, to UHD or HD. 4) You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, and more by going to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings 5) Choose a Picture Mode by going to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Standard, Natural, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode. 6) For optimal motion image performance, you may want to adjust the picture clarity setting by going to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings. just bought this model a few weeks ago, the setup instructions are poor and not well illustrated. Having trouble getting my samsung sound bar to work with the tv also. My old 6290 model worked well with the soundbar.

I've own several Samsung products. They all work flawlessly. And they're definitely worth the purchase price I paid. The newest product is a QN 80D QLED 65-in TV. It's an incredible TV especially for the price I bought it for. I called Samsung before the purchase, with questions, their input was great. I'm very pleased with this TV.

It's better then my old one but it still has some issues randomly it will go black and fade back in like 2 or 3 times in a row for no reason. The controller is super sensitive to the smallest touch.

Hi Lilly, We appreciate your purchase and feedback on the issues you are experiencing with your DU8000 TV. If your TV has a black screen even when it's on, it's quite possible it could actually be your external device and not your TV. Please try these troubleshooting steps for your blank screen issue: 1. Press the Home button on the remote. If the menu appears, the TV is powered on but is either not on the correct source or not receiving a signal. If the menu does not appear, the TV may be having power issues. Check the red standby light, a little red light at the edge of the TV that you aim the remote at. In normal use, the red standby light is on when the TV is off (indicating the TV is on standby), and the red standby light is off when the TV is in use (or doesn't have power). 2. Confirm that the TV is set to the same source as the external device. For instance, if your cable box is connected to HDMI 1, set the TV source to HDMI 1. If the TV is set to the correct source, but there is still no image, unplug and reconnect the AV connections one cable at a time from both ends of each cable. If there's any damage to the cable, it will need to be replaced. After reconnecting the external device, please turn it off and back on. 3. Test the HDMI cable. The test is designed for HDMI cords less than 6 feet long and may not give accurate results on longer cords. To perform the test, make sure the TV's source is still on the HDMI setting for the cable you want to test, and then navigate to Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information > HDMI Cable Test > Start Test. If the test says the cable is bad, replace the cable. Service is not required. 4. Test different external devices. The final thing to rule out is the external device you're using. Try connecting a different device or using a different source port. If the TV can display a picture in any other setup, then you've ruled the TV out as the cause of the issue. Keep trying various setups until you identify the device or cable that is not working and troubleshoot or replace it. The TV will need service if the issue persists after these steps. This is our second Samsung and this one was purchased because we like the first we purchased. We like the Samsung TV plus and the easy ability to stream as we have cut the cord. I liked the way the first Samsung home screen was set up with just the apps and it coming up to Samsung plus tv when turned on. I would hope I can set the 43" up like that but have not figured out how to do that yet, hopefully that can be done? I would recommend the Samsung product as they have worked well to this date.
