    MoMom, Thank you for sharing your experience with Wi-Fi connectivity on your Q60D TV. This may be caused by a network issue. You might want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (Wi-Fi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 2) If the wireless connection fails, connect the TV to the access point via a LAN cable. If the TV can connect to the Internet normally via the wired connection, there might be a problem with the access point. In this case, try using a different access point. 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test 4) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again. 5) Please also be sure you have the latest firmware update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.     Good picture quality and easy to set-up. Not happy with the remote it is too small cannot read the controls on the remote print is too small. Samsung should make the remote bigger and have it light up so at night you can see to icons on the remote. This would be a big improvement. Can you send me a larger remote for this TV I would appreciate this.

Constant raising and lowering sound b/c ads are so much louder than program I am watching. TV's should have been able to fix that by now!. Constant re-boots, don't know if that is because of TV service but I never had to do so many reboots until I installed this TV on the same Service - Google TV!!! My other TV worked fine most of the time... I was told this was the latest tech in TV so I took their word for it and bought it, BIG MISTAKE! I'll never believe another one salesman. Every thing about it is awful!

    We've been using this TV for a few months now and the picture quality is oaky, not great, certainly not so wonderful as your sales material would suggest. We don't like the way you need to access features or our cable subscriber's feed. This is more than just "getting used to something new" The unit is just not intuitive when it comes to use.

    Completely satisfied. This purchase replaced an older flat screen tv which didn't have smart functionality. I was uncertain about the new remote being user friendly and had intended to buy the standard remote as an additional item. The new remote has a learning curve since each button has multiple functions depending on whether it is depressed or toggled. Also, bringing up the onscreen number pad isn't immediately available on a cold startup. The voice control has the same issue. Our tv signal is OTA with an attic antenna, and the setting allow the set to power up to the channel being watched when turned off, just like the old tv's.

    We have been loyal Samsung Customers for over 17 years. In fact we still have our first 43 inch TV we purchased new! It still provides exceptional color and clarity as it did brand new! The best thing Samsung does is continue to make their products better and better with each release! We have four tv's purchased over the 17 years and each one out performs the early models but all of them provide great pictures!!!
