Added this TV to a Great Room where we used to have art above the fireplace. It looks great and allows us to have TV when we want it and art the rest of the time. No issues with the light/motion detector as others have complained about. It turns off at night and back on in the morning when I turn lights on or sun comes up.

My 2019 Samsung 4k tv died the other night with the infamous black screen on the left. Not wanting to be without a tv to game with on my 4 day weekend approaching, I ordered this Samsung Frame TV overnight since it said 120hz on the website, and had HDMI 2.1. I set it up last night and was disappointed. The picture looks great and the tv is nice, but I am thinking 120hz is NOT supported due to the OneConnect box essentially routing the HDMI into that box, and then connecting to the TV via the optical (or whatever they call it) Cable that plugs into the TV. I ordered the above TV and will use what I have until it comes in next week, but looking forward to full 120hz on my Series X Xbox. I searched everywhere and couldn't get a definitive answer on The Frame TV supports 120hz 4k gaming, but even when I manually adjusted my Xbox settings, it kept saying not compatible on the TV.

Absolutely incredible anti-reflective coating. I have a 75" Standard Q-led and I have had the 85" The Frame now for several months. I'm blown away by the quality of both, but "The Frame" TV is outstanding. Sunlight will glare off the wall behind and not the TV. Expensive but worth the price in quality. Only issue I've had is that I (my wife...lol) forgot to put remote up high and the dog finally found and chewed it up... not the TV's fault.

After delivery, mine would not work as advertised. The art mode is extremely limited, and requires a great deal of constant adjustment to adjust for different lighting throughout the day. It also had many bugs that made it impossible for me to display my photography properly.

Sleep Mode not Working in Art Mode

I love the Art Mode on this TV. I have the TV set up to go into sleep mode after 5 minutes but it doesn't. It worked when we first set the TV up - it would go into sleep mode and when you walked in the room the Art Mode would start. Now the sleep modes isn't working. I have tried locating the motion sensors to see if they are the problem, but cannot find any documentation that shows where the motion sensors are. I have a slide show of 4 or 5 pictures.

I recently purchased the 32” frame tv. It has all the features I’ve been looking for! I wanted a device to act more as an art display than a steaming tv. The frame has a matte display (I was using a computer monitor to achieve this before). It mounts just like an artwork with its narrow bezel frame. Art mode works great, it plays my own videos from a remote cabinet along with its mini one connect box. Sound is good, integrates with my doorbell camera etc. and it streams content. BUT… I had to buy the 32” model because I simply didn’t have a wall big enough for even the 44” model. Not everyone wants or can use a big tv! Sadly the 32” version of the frame tv is lacking the quality of the larger versions. The picture quality is great straight on but even at a slight 25 degree angle it gets washed out (QLED not the better OLED) . Other folks have noted that the 32 inch model also lacks other features the larger ones have…no motion detection and the one connect box is the mini version that only has a 7’ long thick cord and lacks a coaxial port. Hey Samsung, why cheap out on this smaller model of the frame! So sad, so frustrating.

There is no where when purchasing the television that it comes with a box (brain) in order to have the frame effect you will need to put a hole in your wall to hide such box. I am returning right away.

Dumbest mounting template ever

The mounting template has ruined this tv for me. There are three arrows on the mounting template for whether you are using a vertical or horizontal mount. In my foolishness I thought the center arrow could be used as a centering guideline for either position. I was wrong now I have to do surgery on my walls to remove my anchors because if removed normally (letting them drop behind the wall) they would fall on the firebox and potentially cause a fire. For some reason the 43" mount is super specific and does not have any horizontal play like a normal French cleat mount would. Seriously why is there no centerline on this freaking template!!!! Tv itself is fine though, but it doesn't really look like a picture at night.

This is the worst TV I have ever purchased. There were white cloudy patches all over the screen when black. They came and replaced the panel and still dealing with the issue. I asked for a refund which they would not do. Officially never buying a Samsung TV ever again.

if you have dirtv you will not like this tv. first couple of months, it worked flawlessly. now the samsung live tv app constantly hi-jacks my tv - even after i deleted it, it showed back up the next day. i constantly have to uninstall, re-install, log-in in order to use dtv - which i pay for. i get annoyed every.single.day. i would not recommend this tv which is a shame b/c it is beautiful. i don’t know if it does the same thing to other streaming services but if you have dirtv, stay away or you will love it/hate it every single day.

Warning - does not use the Frame invisible cable

Does not come with the 5m "invisible" cable. Comes with a 2m thick ugly cable that requires you to place the "one connect" box near the screen. The workaround is to reqire your wall with a media enclosure behind the TV. Totally baffling design choice by Samsung

do not buy 32 inch if you want hidden cables

Just opened the box for a 32 inch frame tv model QN32LS03BBF and discovered that it does NOT include a 5 meter "invisible" cable and has its own short thick cable that you can't buy longer versions of, plus it's incompatible with all other models. The whole point of this tv is to not see the cable and to run the connection box in a different area of the room. Why would they do this? I'm also now reading that it does not have the motion sensor either. This product should not be listed under the same name as the other sizes. It's not a "frame" tv like the others. I'm already disappointed and I haven't even plugged it in yet. What a waste of time and energy.

Looks great, good quality picture. But the software it runs is terrible. It's laggy and crash-prone despite a fast, wired internet connection. Even "hard resets" are a hit-and-miss solution. We never had these problems with our Roku and, if we wanted to go back, we'd always have to "select" it as an input rather than just controlling the TV directly from the roku remote like we used to. T_T

unfortunately the sleek one invisible cable that was included with our purchase of the 65" samsung frame is no longer manufactured and does not exist for the 2022 32" samsung frame. it is a thick gray cable that will be exposed unless hidden inside your wall. in my opinion, it negates the intent of the frame and i would not purchase again.
