Connectivity is slower than advertised. The picture quality is great, but the remote falls short (a firestick remote is better than the OEM remote that comes with the TV. Aftermarket remotes aren't available for this model.see moreof the reviewer's review

I have tried every way to keep my Samsung connected to wifi No matter what I do the connection fails Samsung support keeps giving me the same solutions and none of them work Buy a Roku TVsee moreof the reviewer's review

I've had this TV for about 5 months. I am pleased with it. I haven't actually seen anything displayed in 4K yet since I do not have a 4K Blu-Ray player. I got this tv in January of this year and used it for a few months and it worked and looked great. Then I moved for a few months and couldn't bring it with me. Now I'm back using it and got 2 weeks out of it before the Wi-Fi feature started failing and now won't work at all.see moreof the reviewer's review
