the set is nice. but the manual will indicat that the versa mount screws should be 20/22mm. this is not correct, and others have commented the same. when you add in the depth of the mounting plate you are using, the screws/bolts will need to be m8 25mm; otherwise, there will be no bite of the threads-guaranteed. i had called samsung tech support about this, and the agent truly had no clue. secondly, if you want to just set up your tv to start watching your cable and streaming services-not so fast....the initial set up is going to force you through a bewildering labyrinth of required steps, to compel you to set up a samsung account-which you may not want.,

Check all input cable connections if any external devices are connected. 2. If the issue persists, define exactly what is wrong with the display. For example, mosaics and blocks, multiple lines or white dots, and fixed horizontal or vertical lines. 3. Try changing channels using the remote control. Is the issue the same on all channels? 4. Press the Home button (which looks like a house), select Source, and choose another input source. Is the issue the same on all sources? 5. If the same problem persists, run a diagnostic test. (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test) 6. If the problem disappears during the test, check your TV signal (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information) to check the signal strength. The signal strength must be more than 20 dB (more than 4 bars on the icon) for stable signal reception Should your issue persist, please get in touch with Samsung Customer Support so we can set up warranty service. I bought this 55 inch samsung tv on line when it arrived I hooked it up it worked for a month then the screen went black. The repair man came I had a chip screen so small I did not see it. They say there is nothing they can do.i have aways had samsung products but after this no more very disappointed

Great TV nice clarity, colour, black levels and good smart interface. Currently using as a computer monitor which provides me with clear typesets which was what my main purpose to the TV was. It replaces a 1080p Samsung which was also a good set but wanted clearer type. My old samsung was reliable and hope this one will be as well.

took this out of the box, plugged it in, hooked up firestick, worked for 1 day. tv will not start up again. disconnected everything, tried hard reset, 4 hours of troubleshooting and nothing. just like all the other reviews here, big issues with software not allowing the tv to start, no hard controls to do a hard reset, just this useless smart remote. all of these folks can’t be wrong, it’s just non existent quality control, cheap components for a fast buck, bad support. hugely disappointed………this was a birthday gift from my son.

The unit worked fine for a little more than a year and a half. Then one day the screen started going black momentarily and then back normal a few times. And now it keeps turning ON and OFF every 10 seconds by itself, with a black screen. Very disappointed with this purchase.

no voice navigation. remote is very poor. seems like not compatible with voice navigation. general navigation with remote is also not very intuitive. also, tv does not seem to be ready for voice navigation, even though online and support say it is. switching channels and apps is so difficult. only way i would keep it if they send new remote with voice navigation but they refused. i might have to return it.

However, they do work with Alexa and Google Assistant. You can connect them to your existing Alexa and Google Assistant devices to ask them to turn on your TV, change channels, control volume, and more. To do so, you will need to connect your voice assistant device via the SmartThings App on your phone. If you need more help setting up your Voice Assistant, please reach out to us. Also, let's ensure your TV’s firmware is up to date with the latest version, which includes updates to improve lag.
