Didn't recieve texts for 4 days but sent them. Charging port keeps filling with lint. The speakers have already gone bad. The camera is worse than my 4 year old phone it is replacing. All of this in only 6 weeks.

Camera and audio issue

Using the camera with 2x zoom takes pictures that are off centered and doesn't capture the image correctly. It also makes random noises when playing games. Feels like a downgrade compared to my previous Samsung phone.

Happy with the phone except that the bluetooth doesn't work right in our 2017 Toyota Rav4, it makes your voice sound robotic/garbled on phone calls. If Samsung fixes this with a software update, I'll update my review. All else is good on the phone, and would recommend otherwise.

wouldnt make a call

I did lots of research and decided to make the purchase of this phone. didnt want to pay alot, but wanted good quality. this seemed bbn like the right fit. after receiving the phone and getting my sim card, the phone would not make calls. 3 sim cards later, still no calls. returning phone. hope it's just the phone I received. I am going to get a replacement (hopefully) and we will see how that goes.

Terrible downgrade with the camera quality.

Broke my A51 so I went to get a replacement and they said that they could only order me this version on the phone, I figured it would be alright because of the supposed upgrades from the last ones but honestly I am disappointed. The camera quality is quite terrible considering the quality and vibrancy of the A51. I am a photographer and cannot always have my camera on me so my phone is my best friend when it comes to on the go pictures and I am very upset with the quality of the camera. I could be pointing the camera at beautiful, vibrant, colorful objects and they look muted and grainy from the cameras point of view. It doesn't capture the quality or the sharpness of what I am photographing as well, and there are no settings to fix this. A 100% downgrade from the previous phones, unsure how you can consider this an upgrade at all. Very unhappy with this purchase.

Great All Around Mid-Ranger

The best thing about it is the screen, a full HD 1920 by 1080 amoled. The main reason I got it. At this price point, the phone is a really good deal. It has good battery life, a powerful processor and excellent cameras, much better than the ones that were on my previous Motorola phones. Although the phone has a 120 hz refresh rate, I am not really noticing any performance difference over 60 hz. But the phone is a solid daily driver with tons of features, many of them I probably don't even know about yet. For the average person or someone who wants to experience a Samsung phone without paying the big bucks for the S series, this is the one to get.

This probably has been one of the worst phones I have gotten. The only thing I like on this phone is the camera, but its a matter of time. The worst feature is to shut the phone off you go into settings....so if the phone freezes you cannot just push a side button to power it down, nope, and yes this phones screen does freeze. The speak to text does not understand most of my words...no other phone had an issue with the way I speak. The voice to text also doubles most of what I am saying, so I am saying it twice. The touch screen is so sensitive that half of what I touch shoots off the screen or double clicks if I am searching. I can go on but why....this phone just makes me so sad.

I purchased this to replace an aging Samsung S series phone. So far I'm happy with it. It works well had great battery life. One of the big selling points for me was the option for expandable storage. The sound quality is clear and I haven't experienced any dropped calls. The navigation is easy to use. As Is transferring data from an old phone is easy to do. The cameras work well. Connecting to the internet is smooth. Depending on your phone/app and browsing usage your battery life will vary. for me on a heavy app or internet usage day I still have about 50% battery life. As with any phone if you have multiple apps/internet browsers open you may experience some hiccups in the phone's performance. The screen quality is good and the color is clear. I wish we had more color options in the US but it's a solid and very sturdy phone.

Well, so far so good as I can go back to exploring and taking pictures of food and locations for Google maps. The pictures are extraordinary and easily replace my mid-range DSLR camera, the video quality is also great and I can record my kids growing up once again.

It had been a great phone but, with 5g coming on the scene I decided to up grade. My A-53 is fabulous. From the graphics, display, battery life and all of it's many other features. It was like going from a Yugo, to a Ford Mustang.

Pretty phone, decent stats, horrible performance

I bought this phone about two months ago, I came from the galaxy S20 FE 5G. I thought this phone would be on par since at the time its like the top of the line A series phone... oh I was wrong, the display is gorgeous sure but definitely no where near as vibrant as the S20 FE, the cameras where stellar believe it or not, front and rear cameras performed superbly! My biggest issue with this phone is the fact that it is stated to have 6 gigs of ram and I KNOW what 6 gigs should run like... between the processor and the RAM, this phone performs like its running on two gigs of ram to be honest. I can not for the life of me be looking a picture on any social site then actually click on the picture to see it by itself and this phone actually shows the photo, it will just show a blank screen. If I'm watching a video, it doesn't have many problems but I have a ton of issues with moving through different apps, entering different types of screens or stories and repeatability. The majority of of what I use this phone for is text, social media browsing and youtube. It's really bad with handling social media photo processing. Never purchasing anything from the A series line up again based off of this phone.
