[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] "I chose" to add the buds 4 pro to my collection, I have several wireless headphones, jabra, bose quiet comfort, and a pair of sennheiser 4 tw. Out of all these id have to rank them #2 based on sound quality/noise cancelation. They fit well but if your not use to their touch controls it will take some getting use to.

The design is much more sleeker and modern and it feels amazing in the ear controls feel much better to use and are perfect for everyday use whether it be runs, lifting or just walking around the ambient sound is a big step up from the buds 3 and noise cancelation is really good and I love all the setting you can tamper with which really made them feel like they were mine really good earbuds overall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, I find this product incredible; it has no flaws and the sound is excellent. However, the volume drops when I speak, but not when someone else speaks to me—meaning I have to be the one talking for the volume to lower, so I wouldn't notice if someone else were speaking to me. Aside from that, the noise cancellation is amazing, though low-frequency sounds (like a car engine or a fan) are still quite audible.

This includes 3 tablets and 5 energy devices. Please keep up the good work Samsung! Oldest phone out of the 6 is the Samsung S21 Ultra that poor me (dad) gets stuck with. Ready for upgrade

my earbuds just stopped working and they no longer connect to my phone I cannot factory reset them completely stopped and I've barely used them.

I've quickly started acquiring more and more Samsung ecosystem devices and I'm loving them all! The noise cancellation on these is great, but I love the adaptive feature for environmental sounds. And being able to add your own press and hold features for each individual earbud is so handy! I highly recommend these, especially if you have a Galaxy phone or Samsung TV to sync it with!

The sound quality is great and represents an improvement from the last iteration of the galaxy buds pro series. I chose the Buds4 Pro as an upgrade to my existing Buds3 Pro and I'm glad I did. The only thing I miss is that the touch control positioning on the back of the Buds3 Pro was easier and more intuitive to use.
