Do you want to remove your SIM card and replace it three times a day to get your phone to work? Then this is the phone for you! I am in no way happy with this purchase. I wouldn't recommend anyone buy it.

This phone has exceeded my expectations. The camera quality, display, performance and ease of use are all great. I've had no issues with overheating or random freezes. My biggest con is the price. It is more expensive than some comparable Android phones from other brands.

The operating system seems very poor in relation to my previous phones. Slow to load. Even if full signal 5g sometimes it just won't load a webpage. Signal poor when other people on the same network have better signal. Advised fix. Factory reset. Nightmare

Mediocre phone which has been totally ignored by Samsung since the ultra arrived. The camera is OK, but nothing special. There are no outstanding features on this phone. Everything is bland and very average. You're better off getting a cheap Chinese phone and installing a custom rom on it.

Really not happy. Am trying to move away from Apple and so selected a Samsung S21. However it takes days to charge up and none of my USB C interfaces work so will have to buy Samsung own kit. Am seriously wondering if I should stay on my IPhone and sell this useless device.

Great phone, well happy with size, speed and screen, down side to the s21 is the battery, if I want it to last all day whilst using it alot I'd have to put it in power saving mode, I genuinely believe my last s9 had a better battery and phones should easily be lasting all day with alot of use, that's the only downside really.

The great news is that the battery does also learn how to predict your usage pattern and adapt itself accordingly every day. This is my first samsung phone, not only did the phone not come with a wall charger but died after 28 days of usage, be it that it was NOT dropped or gotten wet, literally was taking a pic and just went black and unable to turn on.

Battery life can depend on usage, and certain apps can deplete the battery more, and games will too. If it is a new phone, it will learn your usage patterns over time and become more efficient and eventually last longer. To check your battery usage, go to Settings > Battery and device care > Battery > Usage since last full charge. Here it will show you which apps are causing the battery to drain the most, and it might be worth uninstalling or re-installing these apps, or checking that they're fully up to date. Please also check that your phone is running on the latest software, as this will make sure it's running to the best performance. To do this, go to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install.
