For the cost of this up to date device I was disappointed to learn it would not play my WMA music files. Would not call this an up grade.

Nice phone 3 phones with water detection errors. Had to buy a new plug. Didn't work, still got the errors. Will charge with wireless charger. That is not always possible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this phone in March, and I'm impressed. It's not the biggest jump from the 21 Ultra, but its noticable enough to make a difference. The screen is bright, colorful, and detailed; the pictures from the top notch camera the same. The only negative thing I can say is that since the battery capacity hasn't changed, I find myself getting dangerously close to 0% after only like 4-5 hours on my heavy usage days. It is still a great product though.

I like all of the features, the S Pen is great to have on a phone not just a Note, and the speed is very good. I have a decent amount of RAM and Storage. It performs very well in almost every aspect except I think the battery could be improved upon. I do believe that phones should go back to having removable batteries. But my battery degradation has been faster than I expected and desired. I do use my phone constantly, it pretty much never leaves my side so it is put to the test. But I still think it should have a better lasting battery. Samsung is the most awesome brand and the only brand that I will buy. I've had a Samsung Galaxy S3, a Samsung Galaxy S5, a Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus and now the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra and I love them all.

At first I was worried that I would not like this phone because I personally like smaller phones (my old phone was an S21) but I wanted better battery life and the amazing cameras. It only took a couple days to get used to the size which isn't that bad and all the features are amazing!! The performance, battery life, cameras, zoom and S-pen are awesome. I don't use the S-Pen all the time but love when I do. Plus the battery lasts around 26 hours for me with regular use. Would highly recommend this to anyone!

I got mine about 6 weeks ago and it was amazing. Love the feel and the functions. The only problem is the battery life sucks. With a full charge, the battery only lasts about 10 to 12 hours. Hands down the 21 Ultra was the best.

After 5 days of buying this phone I did the software update and it suddenly turned off and I tried multiple times to turn on but doesn't work, returning this product. Glad i did not formated my old phone s20 and not sended for tradeIn. It also have issues with other apps did not able to install. It just camera is very good. Very disappointed that Samsung have that glictchy phone and paying for a grand.

I've had this phone since the day out came out. If you're not a phone case person like me you'll have to suffer from how slippery the back of this phone is. My solution was to put a screen protector on the back. This is really the only complaint I have about the phone.

I bought this a few months ago and I mostly love it. As someone who creates social media content, I absolutely cannot stand that it doesn't have a micro SD card slot and I have to either pay for cloud storage or spend a ton of time dumping all of the files onto a PC or backup hard drive. Samsung, please add micro sd slots back to your phones, this is horrible for those of us that use our phones to create content.

Blurry photos, no sports mode. I use my camera more than any other feature on my phone. pictures are often of sports/children and car races. My S9 took much better pics. Samsung dropped the ball on this one. I'm extremely dissatisfied with this phone.
