    I bought this TV few months ago. The picture quality of the TV is solid , but the sound is not good. Sometimes dialogues are not audible. I raised few tickets to Samsung support , but they did not fix the issue till now.

    The 65” OLED has poor quality picture. I had trouble with the HDMI connection which they replaced the TV was brand new . The picture is terrible and the Samsung tech keeps saying it’s good that it’s the internet that is bad. The Samsung tech was more like a butcher , rough with the repair.

    I’ve had this TV for two weeks now and have had the chance to evaluate it under many different viewing conditions, including a very bright room and a high viewing angle. It hasn’t disappointed. I no longer have to angle my TV to avoid reflection from my window and to get an undistorted picture from my one chair that sits at a sharp viewing angle. The picture is beautifully bright and sharp and the colors are vibrant. I picked this TV based on multiple reviews, all of which highly recommended it. I agree, I don’t think there’s a better TV available for the money.

    I bought it on December 21, 2024 and on January 18, 2025 it went black. It would turn on then turn off by itself. It is now February 1st and it has not been fixed. Still waiting for a tech to come and fix it. Before this we had a sharp that lasted 18 years with no problem.

    I bought this tv about three weeks ago and could not be happier. It lives up to all the hype published in all the reviews I read before purchasing. This smart tv has great features that are easily maneuvered with a very small remote. It recognized my Bose 700 sound bar and it connected with ease. Would HIGHLY recommend this smart tv for your next purchase.

    Picture clear and crisp as could be. Some operational and navigational quirks that are downright annoying. Often, channels get "stuck" and no input to the remote allows you to change or exit what is appearing. Frustrating!!

    For many shows the picture is great. The issue I have is with fast moving shows the picture is choppy. I tried adjusting the blur and jutter settings as suggested but it does not seem to help. Shows like Chigago Fire are next to impossible to watch with the chopyness. If I can't figure out how to fix it I am probably going to return it. So sad - Samsung was the only TV I would buy prior to this.

    I’ve had this TV a couple of weeks. I am very impressed with the depth of color, and the blackest black I’ve ever seen. I had read that OLED wasn’t very bright. This S90D has no problem with brightness. I watch in Standard picture mode with three big windows open in the same room, and two more windows open in the adjacent room. I’ve seen no issues with lacking brightness. It’s just a beautiful picture. The up scaling seems good, although I have nothing to compare it to. Old shows look good. Better than my old TV which is a 2015 Samsung 1080p 47”. The sound is adequate. If you want a theater experience I think a sound bar is a must. But for me it’s totally fine. I like that it has an equalizer to adjust the sound so I hear better. I’m older and have a little hearing loss. Overall, I love the S90D. A beautiful picture whether in a light room or a dark room. Amazing colors!

The remote buttons too small. The volume up&down gets mis-punched with mute. The remote is a horrible design. To the touch the remote is slippery. There is not one good feature of the remote that is good.

The picture quality is stunning, the images are life-like and the colors are vivid and vibrant and make us smile in amazement.We stream 4 k content online and watch nature documentaries wirh blu-ray and we are mesmerized at this tv'sperformance as well as smooth motion when watching sports and other content. I took 1 star because the way this thing mounts is at the bottom of the TV so when you mount it. it's much higher than where you chose to hang your mount on the previous tv. I'm going to have to repair my wall and re-hang my mount

    I have been a loyal samsung customer for years for both tvs and phones since the first galaxy was released. After my Qn90A qled tv died (only 3.5 years after purchase) I gave them another chance purchasing the S90D on 1/13/25. The picture quality was amazing. 7 days later tv shuts off and won't turn on. This has been a common issue and is absolutely unacceptable. Samsung's quality control is absolute garbage and their customer service is lackluster. Avoid all samsung tvs until they get their ish together and start building products that last like they used to. I truly liked this tv and wish that samsung invested more into their quality control to make a great lasting product.

    Bought this to replace a Samsung LED (maybe a 2014 year model). The picture on this is fantastic and the sound is really solid for a flat screen. I like the software and how it puts my local OTA channels right in the guide. Setup was fairly straightforward and easy; but hanging was a bit harder than my older model. This thing is light and seems very delicate when picking it up to hang, we were a bit nervous like it could break in half - probably wouldn't, but it just seems like it could. We are very pleased we went with this TV.
