I really like this ramen because it is one of the few easily available vegan ramens, has flavorful miso and hints of orange. Try adding in sweet miso and unsweetened soy milk for even more flavor and creaminess and Aburaage on top.

the miso soup bean paste flavor is vegetarian and quite tasty. you can add both packs for some spice or omit the spice pack for a milder flavor. the noodles are wheat noodles and have a great texture. makes a great quick meal with veggies, seaweed, soft boiled egg etc on top. only con is that it's quite high in salt.
