in the first few weeks, infants can only see high contrast black and white patterns like the ones around the mirror and on these soft rattles. My newborns were mesmerized with this toy in the first few months. As their eyesight developed, they were fascinated with their image. I loved this set so much that I've given it as gifts a number of times. Highly recommend.

My baby absolutely loves this mirror. It keeps her occupied for an hour or two. Easy to store when we on the go.

This set is great. Most babies love looking at themselves so the mirror is great, my baby loved to talk to herself in the mirror. I also love that the sassy brand always sets there toys in packs with more then just one toy because it provides variety and is a good price.

This set is awesome. My son loves them now but I wish I had them earlier! These are high contrast, soft, and small enough to mean they don't take up your whole living room. The mirror is perfect for tummy time. I love that it cab be tucked away in a toy box when not in use instead of taking up tons of floor space. These are really thoughtful and versatile toys. With bigger kids we like toys that can be used for a long time and easily stored when not in use and these fit the bill perfectly. This would be a great shower gift for a new mom! The high contrast black and white items are perfect for stimulating young infants (0-3 months old) as their vision matures. The phone rattle is still something my older infant enjoys rattling to make noise, even at over one year old. The items also pack up nicely, so we plan to store these for a future baby. The first things my baby likes to look at (as a mom of 4) - black and white contrasts and mirrors! This mirror is great because it props up and the baby can look at his/her reflection while getting some tummy time on the boppy. My current 4 month old loves it all.
