Q: because previously had a Sweet Sweat waist trimmer, and had to learn that only could wear 2 hours at a time? Or else would suffer lower back pains, reason looking into purchasing the saunafx? to avoid this. Would same rules apply to it as well??

A:Â With any sauna-sweat product that helps produce excess amounts of sweat; wearing it for an extended period of time may cause pain or discomfort. With SaunaFX, we suggest using it for the duration of your workout or training session. You can also try testing out different periods of time wearing SaunaFX and if you feel any type of discomfort or pain, we suggest not wearing for that extended amount of time. Also note, while using the these types of products every persons reaction to the sweat technology will vary which is why we suggest drinking ample amounts of water as the product could cause dehydration.

When I first put it on, it smelt like polyurethane and it was a very strong smell. Wore it for a week and a half and developed a heat rash on my stomach and underboobs. Works as it should, I guess.

Horrible smell! Hopefully it will dissipate. But it is so strong that I had to change the shirt that I wore it over for less than 5 minutes. Yikes. But the Velcro holds well and the size is comfortable despite my relatively short torso

This belt is not the greatest. I’ve tried many. The Velcro doesn’t last anytime at all and the belt ends up coming undone very easily when you’re barely moving. The Velcro ends up hurting too if it rubs against your skin.

Comfy fit, but slightly large. I am a woman who wears size 8 clothing and this fits okay but could be more snug. I wish they made a slightly smaller size. I compared two weeks of hourly gym workouts without this to one week with this and noticed I sweat more now. As for my tummy it is still very bloated but that may be other factors into play. Overall good value and I will be getting the vest from this brand.

Really like this waist slimmer. It doesn't roll or move when I wear it and it will definitely make your waist sweat! I wear when working out and doing chores and it helps me with my posture and back pain as well. I haven't had it long enough to say if my waist is definitely trimmer, but my tummy does look a little flatter, so yay! Also as far as it smelling just hang it outside for a day to air out and no smell after that:)
